The Grace Hopper Celebration 2014 is now sold out.

We are honored to have had unprecedented demand for participation at this year’s Grace Hopper Celebration and regret that we cannot accommodate everyone interested in attending. Eight thousand attendees from academia, government and industry are registered to attend the three-day conference.

Effective September 16 we have closed the wait list and cannot accept any additional names. We expect to be able to notify people on the wait list of remaining open spots the week of September 22. Once people have been notified and provided with a code, they will have two days to complete their registration.

Individuals and organizations that have registration codes can continue to register using those codes. All codes must be redeemed by 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on September 19.

For those unable to attend GHC 2014 we plan to livestream the keynote and plenary events. Stay tuned for more details.

Registration Codes

Registration codes provided to sponsors should be used to register your attendees as soon as possible.  The deadline to redeem these passes is 11:59 pm Pacific time on September 19. Substitutions are acceptable until September 24.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made September 16, 2014 and after are non-refundable.

Substitutions are allowed at no charge, but must be done no later than September 24, 2014.

 Payment Information

We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), check, wire transfer and purchase order. Payment is due in advance of the conference.
