Labs Sponsorship

  • A special sponsorship rate of $3,750 is available to Labs this year
  • The Labs sponsorship benefits package includes:
    • 10’x 10’ career fair booth with carpet and electricity in the exhibit hall
    • 2 conference registration passes to manage the career fair booth
    • Option to included 1 swag/collateral item in the attendee conference bag
    • Logo visibility in the printed program, general session, sponsor webpage
    • Profile in the career fair guide
    • Access to the resume database from September 10th through Dec 31st
    • Option to underwrite additional conference activities
  • Labs can instead sponsor at the Corporate Gold, Silver, or Bronze level if they wish to receive a different benefits package

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

In addition to event sponsorships, any organization, company, or academic institution is invited to underwrite conference items and activities, including student scholarships, special luncheons, awards, childcare, and more.
