Childcare registration is now closed.

We are offering FREE childcare for conference attendees again this year! We know how expensive childcare can be and we don’t want anyone to miss out on GHC. Who says you can’t have it all? Childcare is available for children ages 0-13.

Parents need to register their children ahead of time with Corporate Kids Events, our childcare provider for the sixth year in a row. They do a fabulous job! Many parents tell us how much their children enjoy the activities planned so you can enjoy the conference knowing your children will be having as much fun as you!

No-Show Policy: 

This year we are implementing a No-Show Policy to ensure that parents sign up only for childcare sessions that they need. When you register, you will be asked to provide a credit card number, but please rest assured that your card will not be charged at this time. If you utilize your childcare sessions and arrive with your child(ren) during the designated time, your credit card will never be charged.

However, if you do not utilize your reservation and do not arrive with your child(ren) during the designated time, you  will be charged $25.00 USD per child for each missed session (example: two children missing one session = $50).  This policy will be enforced in order to cover the cost of the caregiver and meals reserved for your child.

Please be aware that the fee will only be charged if a child does not arrive and we are not notified.  If your child becomes sick or does not arrive  due to an unforeseen emergency, we will not charge a fee. This policy is in place to ensure that your child receives the best care, and that we are able to accommodate as many children as possible and staff accordingly.

If your childcare needs change after you sign up, you may call Corporate Kids Events before Wednesday, September 24th to adjust your childcare schedule. After this date, any childcare cancellations will result in the charges listed above.
