Registration

Registration is now closed.

If you are trying to redeem a free sponsor pass or prepaid pass, you can register on-site at the event.  These are the only types of new registrations that will be accepted on-site.

Registration Hours in Pre-function C Lobby:

Wednesday: 7:00 am – 10:00 pm
Thursday: 7:00 am – 9:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am – 9:00 am (K12 in Lobby F, Open Source in Lobby B)

Badges will be checked at the convention center for sessions, the exhibit hall, interview booths, and all other conference events and activities.  All attendees must be registered to pick up a conference badge, and must wear a valid badge at all times.

  • Unemployed
  • Employed but personally paying for airfare and hotel expenses

Attendees should be registered only once in any category above.  Multiple registrations will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your registration, a processing fee will apply.

  • 10% processing fee through August 31, 2011
  • 50% processing fee on or after September 1, 2011
  • No refund after October 1, 2011

Substitutions are allowed at no charge, but must be made by October 20, 2011.



Meals

With the exception of a few special breakfasts and lunches, breakfasts and lunches will need to be purchased  at the convention center.  Below is the schedule of when food will be provided at no charge (breaks and dinners), and when food will be available for purchase (breakfasts and lunches).  We recommend that you budget $10-18 for each meal you need to purchase.

GHC scholarship recipients and K12 scholarship recipients will have pre-paid meal vouchers to use for the week.

Attendees of the Technical Executive Forum, Senior Women’s Summit, and CSTA Leadership Meeting will have some meals provided.  Please see the appropriate agenda for details.
