Career Fair

The Career Fair provides attendees with the opportunity to meet with leading high tech companies, research laboratories, government agencies and universities.  This will take place in the exhibit hall where the sponsor exhibit booths will be set up.  This is the only event taking place Wednesday evening, so we have designated the time to be a Career Fair.

Dinner will be available for all conference attendees.

Conference attendees will receive the 2011 GHC Job Book and Exhibitor Guide in their conference bag which profiles each sponsor organization/school, including the positions they are looking to fill.  Job seekers should bring resumes to the Career Fair to distribute.

The sponsor exhibit booths will remain open all day Thursday and Friday (in addition to all day Wednesday) so sponsors and attendees can continue to network.

Sponsors can only schedule interviews to take place on Wednesday, November 9th between 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. (all day), to avoid conflict with the conference program.  Interviews should take place in the sponsor interview booths, which will be set up in Exhibit Hall A on Wednesday and located around the corner from the sponsor exhibit booths.   However, interview booths are not available to all sponsors (see the sponsor benefits).

All sponsors will have access to the GHC Resume Database prior to the conference, and may contact people to schedule interviews and discuss recruiting.   Attendees are encouraged to submit their resumes.
