Registration passes give admission to the entire conference. This includes the Career Fair, sessions, the awards ceremony, sponsor night, and other GHC activities.
Registration passes should be given to individuals who you want to attend the conference, as well as individuals who will staff your exhibit table. Exhibitors do not have separate passes; they are considered conference attendees. Please give out your passes accordingly.
Supporter Sponsors get one registration pass, plus additional complimentary registration passes if they are an ABI Industry Partner.
More registration passes can be purchased at the going rates. These attendees can either register online and pay at checkout, or we can invoice you for any number of passes and increase the use of your sponsor code.
Attendees should register themselves online at www.regonline.com/ghc2010, select “General Attendee”, and enter your sponsor code when prompted. Registration is now open and closes September 24.
Please direct questions to Rachelle Siskin.
Visit our hotel and travel page for complete information for reservations at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. We expect another sell-out conference, so we encourage everyone to book their rooms early.
The Resume Clinic takes place during the Career Fair on Tuesday, September 28 from 5:00-9:00 p.m..
This is where GHC attendees will have their resumes reviewed and critiqued by industry and academia professionals. All discussions are one-on-one and confidential.
We are seeking representatives from our GHC sponsor companies to volunteer as resume reviewers. This is a great opportunity to meet potential candidates, share your expertise, and offer advice.
If you are interested in participating for some of the appointments, please contact Jerri Barrett for more information.
Feel free to consider this year’s conference theme, “Collaborating Across Boundaries” as you select your items (collateral piece or gift) to be included in the conference bag. We encourage you to select something earth-friendly, but this is not required.
Supporter Sponsors can include one small item in the bag.
Please contact Rachelle Siskin for approval of your item by August 27, and remember to avoid anything fragile, heavy, or large.
You will need to provide 2,000 items for the bag.
If you are looking for a vendor, we recommend Cathy Rossner, at Creative Marketing Group.
Items should arrive between September 8 – 22.

The conference bag is given out when attendees check in at registration.
The Job Book is now available online, and it will also be included in the conference bag for all attendees.
Supporter Sponsor names will be listed in the printed program.
All conference attendees are invited to upload their resumes in to this year’s GHC resume database. Corporate and academic sponsors will have access to view these resumes and contact people for job interviews, internships, and meetings at the conference.
Supporter Sponsors have access to the resume database on August 30, and you will receive a username and password at this time.
The resume database will be accessible until December 15.
The awards presentation will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 30.
Carol Bartz, President and CEO of Yahoo!, will be the Keynote Speaker. This will be a theatre-style presentation, dinner will not be served.

Admission is included for all registered conference attendees, with the exception of those registered for Friday Only.
Prior to the awards presentation there will be a reception with hors d oeuvres and a cash bar, and immediately following the awards presentation there will be a dance party.
Google and Microsoft will co-host Sponsor Night from 7:00-10:00 p.m. on Friday, October 1. This is a social networking event to celebrate the conclusion of the Grace Hopper Celebration. All conference attendees are invited to attend. Dinner will be served. The location will be announced soon.
