Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, a processing fee will apply.
- 10% processing fee through September 18, 2009
- 50% processing fee on or after September 19, 2009
- No refund after September 25, 2009
Substitutions are allowed at no charge, but must be made by September 25, 2009.
