Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, a processing fee will apply.
- 10% processing fee through September 17, 2008
- 50% processing fee on or after September 18, 2008
- No refund after September 28, 2008
Substitutions are allowed at no charge, but must be made by September 28, 2008.
