Student Scholarships: Information for Student Scholars
GHC Scholarships Hotel Details
If hotel accommodations were included in your GHC scholarship, below you will find your hotel confirmation number and name of the hotel in which you will be staying. For privacy purposes, your names are not posted.
When viewing the PDF, please look for your Regonline registration confirmation number which you received by email when you registered for the GHC conference.
If you requested to share a room with a friend, please contact them to see if you have the same hotel confirmation number. If you requested to share a room with someone who is not a scholarship recipient, we could not grant that request. Please do not ask us who you are sharing your room with.

Bridge Day Scholarships
Students who received Bridge Day Scholarships from the Anita Borg Institute (on behalf of the Grace Hopper Conference) are listed by Regonline GHC registration confirmation number in this PDF.
If you applied for a Bridge Day Scholarship through the Richard Tapia conference and have questions for them, please contact CELEBRATE@CS.TAMU.EDU.
GHC Scholarship Reimbursement Instructions
Scholarship Reimbursements will be mailed or sent by wire transfer (overseas scholarship recipients only) after the conclusion of the Grace Hopper Celebration. Reimbursements will not be made onsite. You are responsible for any costs incurred that exceed your travel award. Your reimbursement must be submitted by November 16, 2007. You can expect to receive your check or wire transfer within 3-4 weeks of submission.
To request your reimbursement you must submit the following:
- Original travel receipts (airfare, ground transportation, etc.) Please keep your own copies!
- Completed Scholarship Reimbursement Form (PDF)
- Wire Transfer Form (PDF for scholarship recipients not attending US/Canadian universities).
- Mapquest or Google Maps printout (Applicable only if you are requesting reimbursement for driving to GHC. Mileage is $0.485/mile)
