How do I Log into the GHC Meebo Room?
LOGIN AS A GUEST
- Click the room link above
- Enter the code ‘ghc07′
- You will be logged in as a guest. Just start chatting.
LOGIN UNDER YOUR PREFERRED IM ID
- Create a meebo account at http://www.meebo.com/
- Associate your existing IM usernames from AIM, Yahoo!, etc. with your Meebo account
- Log into your Meebo account (if you aren’t already)
- Click the link above
- Enter the code ‘ghc07′
- You will be logged in under your username
RECOMMENDATION
We highly recommend you create a Meebo account for the chat. Why? It will help you keep track of who is in the room. If everyone is ‘guest123′ or ‘guest789′ it can get a little confusing. And perhaps more importantly, it will be easier for you to keep in touch with other GHC participants post conference since you will be able to add one another to your friend’s lists.
CHAT ROOM RULES
Our GHC chat room is moderated under a “common sense, common courtesy” guideline. We ask that you:
- Do not use vulgar language.
- Do not flood the room. Give others an opportunity to respond to your thoughts.
A volunteer moderator will be in the chat room during select times during the conference. If you have a concern, she will be available to address your situation.
