2007 Conference Information: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
General
- What meals are included in conference registration?
- The reception on the evening of October 17th will serve hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on October 18th and 19th. There is a banquet on the evening of October 18th and our Platinum Sponsor Night on October 19th for dinner. Only breakfast will be served on October 20th. There is no additional cost.
- How do I register for the Awards Banquet? How much does it cost?
- The Awards Banquet is included in the price of full GHC registration. There is no additional cost.
If you are purchasing a single day registration, or would like to bring a guest to the banquet you may purchase a ticket under the “Other Fees” section of the registration form. Additional tickets are $100 each.
- How do I register for the Platinum Sponsor Night Event?
- The Platinum Sponsor Night is part of the conference. If you are registered for the conference, you are invited to attend.
Students
- How much does it cost to attend the Women of Color luncheon? How do I register for it?
- The Women of Color lunch is free of charge. If you indicated interest in attending when you registered, and if you are selected to attend the lunch, you will receive a ticket at conference check-in.
- I am a scholarship recipient and I have questions related to attending GHC. Where do I go for some answers?
- Visit the student scholarship FAQ.
Presenters
- How can I see my reviews?
- You can see your reviews by logging into the submissions site. Under the “My Submissions” tab you can see a review of your proposal by clicking the appropriate “reviews” link.
- When am I scheduled to present?
- Please check the program schedule for session titles, times, locations, etc. You will also receive additional information via email from conference organizers as the program is finalized. Remember: The agenda is subject to change. If your availability is limited, you should notify us as soon as possible.
- What equipment will I have access to during my presentation?
- Every room will be equipped with a projector, screen, podium, and microphone.
