- What meals are included in conference registration?

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on October 5th and 6th. Only breakfast will be served on October 7th. There is no additional cost.
The Women of Color and Systers lunches are full.
- How do I register for the Awards Banquet? How much does it cost?

The Awards Banquet is included in the price of full GHC registration. There is no additional cost.
If you are purchasing a single day registration, or would like to bring a guest to the banquet you may purchase a ticket under the “Other Fees” section of the registration form. Additional tickets are $100 each.
- How do I register for the Gold Gala Event?

The Gold Gala Event is part of the conference. If you are registered for the conference, you are invited to attend the Gold Gala.
STUDENTS
- How much does it cost to attend the Women of Color luncheon? How do I register for it?

The Women of Color lunch is free of charge. If you indicated interest in attending when you registered, and if you are selected to attend the lunch, you will receive a ticket at conference check-in.
- I am a scholarship recipient and I have questions related to attending GHC. Where do I go for some answers?

- How can I see my reviews?

You can see your reviews by logging into the submissions site at https://ssl.linklings.net/conferences/ghc2006/. Under the “My Submissions” tab you can see a review of your proposal by clicking the appropriate “reviews” link.
- When am I scheduled to present?

Please check the program schedule for session titles, times, locations, etc. You will also receive additional information via email from conference organizers as the program is finalized. Remember: The agenda is subject to change. If your availability is limited, you should notify the appropriate program chair.
- What equipment will I have access to during my presentation?

Every room will be equipped with a projector, screen, podium, and microphone.
