Located in the heart of downtown Chicago the Sheraton Hotel and Towers is within easy walking distance of such famous Chicago attractions as Navy Pier, the Magnificent Mile, and the Loop Business District. It is just a short cab ride from O'Hare International Airport and Midway Airport.

We are aware that some attendees are having difficulty securing reservations at the Sheraton Hotel. We are actively working on this problem with the Sheraton. It is possible that they will make more rooms available, soon or at some future “release” date. We will update this web site when more information about hotels becomes available. We understand that in the meantime you may need to make other hotel arrangements. If that is necessary, you may still want to check back here for updates on the hotel situation.

O'Hare International Airport (773-686-2200 http://www.choosechicago.com/OHARE_FRAME.HTM) handles more passengers than any other airport in the world. For visitors needing information or directions, airport information booths are located on the lower levels of the domestic terminals and on the upper and lower levels of the International Terminal. A foreign currency exchange is located on the lower level of the International Terminal.

Midway Airport (773-838-0600) is located at 5700 Cicero Avenue, 20 minutes from downtown Chicago. The one-building airport is divided into three terminals, A, B and C. The main lobby at the airport's center entrance is where the information booth and all vehicle pick-up services are available. NOTE: Midway often proves a less expensive airport to fly into than O'Hare International.

Taxi
Travel time from O’Hare International Airport to downtown Chicago is approximately 30–60 minutes by car (depending upon traffic). Travel time from Midway Airport is approximately 30-40 minutes. Taxi service from O’Hare averages $30, from Midway; taxi fare averages approximately $23.

Continental Airport Express offers daily shuttle service from O'Hare International Airport between downtown Chicago and north suburban locations from 6 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Departures are about every 5 to 10 minutes. The fare to the city is approximately $17.50. If you are an international traveler, calculate the cost in your currency.
An information counter and pickup is located in the baggage claims areas of Terminals 1, 2, and 3, and outside U.S. Customs in Terminal 5. Omega Airport Shuttle offers hourly service between O'Hare
International and Midway Airports from 7 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. and hourly service between Hyde Park to O'Hare International
Airport from 5 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. Allow at least 1 hour for travel time between O'Hare International and Midway Airports. Exact times and locations are available in printed schedules located in the information booths on the lower level of each terminal or on the Omega Web site. Pickup is located at bus/shuttle center door number 4. The one-way fare between O'Hare International and Midway Airports is $17.00.
