The
final version of all papers, abstracts and bios must
be submitted electronically, through submission pages
as before. (See your acceptance letter for a reminder
of the URL and your password.) Make sure to include any
audio/visual needs that you may have.
Format for
Papers/Abstracts for the Final Program and/or CD can
be eitherMicrosoft Word or LaTex documents in the appropriate
format. Templates for the formats are available
Microsoft
Word (click here)
Latex (.sty, .ps, .tex)
Photographs
for the Final Program (Keynote Speakers, Invited
Speakers, and Plenary Panelists) must be at least 1500
x 1500 pixels when cropped in closely (or 300 dpi at 5"
x 5"), must have full tonal scale; and be in JPEG
format.
Video/Taping
Release Forms will
not be required at this time. Should we wish to tape a
session that you are in, we will hand out appropriate
forms prior to the session
Speaker
Materials and Handouts (50 copies) can be sent
ahead of time to the hotel. Materials should not arrive
earlier than 9/30. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.Send
